Today's key events


Nepal's last king vacates his palace where his family had lived for more than 100 years. Following the abolishment of Monarchy rule in Nepal in May, he was asked to vacate his palace which will be turned into a museum. The Maoist led assembly will be governing Nepal.

Pluto gets a new name. Pluto which was denounced as a planet in 2006 since the discovery of other plants which were larger.
The International Astronomical Union announced that it will be classified as Plutoids. Plutoids definition: Celestial bodies in orbit around the Sun farther away than Neptune. They must have near-spherical shape, and must not have swept up other, smaller objects in their orbits
